AFRO SAMURAI

  It is a moon lit night out in the country. All seems to be very peaceful in this small farming community. But there is a stranger who has come into the area. He is BAD and   BAD is a very bad dude. He wears his trademark hat and mask. Bad is up to his old tricks. This late night he runs into his latest soon to be victims. He enters quickly and destroys everything in site, everything he so happens to come in contact with. But! There is one who seems to be able to slow him down a bit, although not much. And after a small confrontation, he pushes GIRL; yes she is a she, toward her pending doom. As she slides backward from his push, the cliff’s edge quickly approaches. He comes near to her as she struggles hard not to loose her balance and fall off the edge. But with one simple push of his finger, she loses what is left of her balance and heads backward toward the ravine. With one last attempt to save herself she snatches a hold of his twisted and nasty chain. The Chain brakes!  BAD attempts to grab his chain and manages to snatch it back. GIRL holds on for dear life.  Back and forth with the chain in hand both pull. The chain brakes once again. And now with what is left of his chain she falls backward down the ravine toward her pending doom. BAD notices that his piece on the chain is missing. It is safely clinched in the palm of her hand. BAD is furious! He has lost something that seems to be very important to him. But! He must move on before others come to stop his fiendish quest.

   “I’ve got you!” And now GIRL finds herself in the arms of GOOD. He has clearly saved her. “Put me down!” She yells. He drops her quite un-expectantly. She hits hard. GOOD begins to slowly walk away from her. She is surprised. Wait! She yells out as GOOD stays along his path seemingly ignoring her. She follows him trying to get his attention. “He killed them all you know!” She tells him. “My whole family! Please!”

He stops as she walks up to him slowly from behind.

Near by the night has been pretty peaceful for SIBLING and his MOTHER, who are on their small farm. The animals had been feed and secured for the night. Both are eating supper and in the background you can see Mother’s and Sibling’s naginatas their weapon of choice lying against the wall. Looking at them MOTHER replies “You have done well my son! You have made me very proud!”

    But! There peaceful night would soon come to an end! BAD was near by and most certainly bring bad with him. Suddenly there is a noise from out near the barn. “What’s that? Ah! It’s probably just Old Mitzu. I’ll go and check on him.”  Sibling gets up to check. “Sit! Eat! I’m still useful you know! I’m not that old!”  Old Mitzu was their old mule and MOTHER grabs her weapon from against the wall and goes out to the barn to check on it! “There you go! Is everything alright there Mitzu?” And out of the darkness comes BAD. He is real bad. MOTHER although old is hardly a woman who can not take care of herself.  Soon BAD finds himself in the heat of battle. Has he meant his match?

   SIBLING hears the ruckus and comes running into the barn with is weapon in tow. Soon BAD finds himself in battle with the two of them. MOTHER manages to knock off Bad’s hat as Sibling snatches off his mask. BAD blocks Sibling’s weapon and knocks it from his hand. Then he quickly goes in for the kill. MOTHER jumps in front of BAD’s blade to block him from killing her son. The blade goes straight through her. She falls onto SIBLING. BAD quickly takes a hen and a few eggs and quickly vanishes. Sibling holds his Mother trying to make her comfortable. “It’s ok my son!” Tears form in his eyes. “All of us must go at some point in time.” As SIBLING tries to speak MOTHER puts her hand nears his mouth to keel him from speaking. “Listen to me! You have done well! You are a great warrior a great protector. Of course you know I am not your birth mother. You were brought to me long ago. You were but an infant. Take this! It belong to your…..brother.” SIBLING looks at her very puzzling for he had never ever dream that he had a brother. MOTHER passes on. SIBLING buries his MOTHER and returns to pick up bad’s hat and mask. He puts on the hat and puts the mask in his pack and set forth on his journey to find Bad.

   As time passes by, GOOD helps GIRL bury her family. She kneels over them praying for help to deal with it all. “And yes thank you for the stranger, for he is surely good.” GOOD stands over her. “Thank you! Sir! Sorry for being little bitchee earlier! You know! I must go after him.” She tells him.  

     The two of them travel through the small farming community looking for signs of Bad. “We have not seen such a man” One replies to them. “But! Someone was by here early asking the same thing.” Sibling was already on his quest looking for his mother’s killer. Girl with Good ask everyone who they come in contact without much success. They looked everywhere and so did Sibling.

    Soon Girl and Good ran into a few degenerates. “We’re taking up a collection for the poor. They are in need of food and drink.” Good does not response. Girl asks. “Where are these poor?” “Well! Ma’am! That would be us. We’re getting kind of hungry you see.” “Yeah! And I could use a little sake!” Another yells out! “Let’s see what the both of you got there!” He makes the mistake of trying to take from them. Soon the degenerates find themselves fighting for their life. Both of them together quickly subdue them. “Now I am hungry and thirsty. Please! Let’s stop! Maybe we can get some rest too!” Girl points out. “There is the distance! It’s Osaka’s! I know it well. We can go there!” Girl tells Good.

   SIBLING is very tried. He has had a most difficult night and now finely has a chance to get some much needed rest. He sits quietly with the hat covering his face making it difficult for anyone to see who he is. His eyes begin to close. Finely peace! The place is a little on the dark side seemingly pretty peaceful and is nearly empty. All is quiet. He has his own little corner away from everything. He just so happens to be at Osaka’s.

    “What do you want? Girl asks Good. “It’s on me!” “Lemonade!” Good tells her. “One Lemonade for the Gentleman!” She tells the barkeep. Soon he brings her food and drink and a lemonade for Good. “You know I don’t even know your name.”

     Sibling is now fast asleep. Rest finds him at last. Through the darkness comes a most curvy figure walking very, very slowly. “And who are you?” It is GIRL! SIBLING says nothing. “Can you not speak? She asks! “I can sweetie! Replies an OUTSIDER. “Why don’t you come over here?” He shouts. She ignores him. “Hey!” He yells. “I look for a stranger.” GIRL tells SIBLING. The OUTSIDER gets up and walks over to girl. “Hey! Did you hear me?”  He asks. He goes to grab her. Without braking a sweat GIRL blocks his hand and grabs it a flips him into the table and chair next to them. The noise has wakened Sibling. His head rises slightly. “He wears a hat just like that one!” SIBLING still does not speak. “What’s in there?” A piece of the mask is visible. GIRL quickly snatches the mask from out his pack. “This is his mask! I have found you at last! This is your mask and you are…” GIRL draws her weapon and attacks him. SIBLING quickly jumps up and ducks her weapon. He moves from her attack avoiding her and her weapon. “I will have my revenge!”  GIRL strikes and SIBLING moves, blocks and hits her in her belly pushes her backward. “I am not the one!” He tells her in a very soft voice. “Of course not!” Girl replies. GIRL rushes him. SIBLING avoids her as she passes by him. When GIRL turn around SIBLING is gone! GIRL just stares to where he just was as her hair is still blowing by his movement avoiding her.

   SIBLING makes his way to some near by woods. He finds a nice tree to lie against. Soon he is sound asleep. Girl and Good are now looking for him. “This way!” She tells Good. Suddenly SIBLING is awaken by the sounds of foot steps. He rolls over and hides himself as to not to be detected. The steps get closer and closer. He waits in anticipation. They seem not to get there fast enough. Finely the sound is there. It is BAD! SIBLING becomes very anxious. He has found his mother’s killer. Should he wait or just go ahead and attack him now? Quietly SIBLING watches BAD and follows him doing his best to remaining unnoticed. But! GOOD and GIRL not noticing BAD, do notice SIBLING. “That’s him!” GIRL whispers to GOOD. Than she attempts to immediately go after him. GOOD grabs her and with his finger he indicates to her to wait. “But that’s him!” GOOD gestures to her to follow him.  And so, the two of them follow SIBLING doing their best to also remain unnoticed. GIRL does everything she can to keep her composure. She is having a very difficult job doing so. She is very much ready to kill him. “Let just take him now!” She tells Good. GOOD shakes he head no.

  By now BAD has made his way to an old structure that seems to be falling apart. He enters it. GOOD and GIRL still do not notice BAD. SIBLING enters as well, while GOOD and GIRL remain outside.  BAD is looking through his stash of all the things he has stolen thus far. He looks over his shoulder and there is SIBLING just staring at him. BAD growls as SIBLING just keeps staring.

  GIRL hears the growling from outside. “What’s that?” She yells. Then quickly as she can, she runs towards the sound. GOOD is not fast enough to stop her this time. As she enters, SIBLING turns towards her. You bastard! She attacks. BAD begins to gathers his belonging as fast as he can while they’re fighting.

   SIBLING kicks GIRL out the doorway into BAD making him fall dropping all the things he had gathered to take with him. GOOD enters and looks at SIBLING ready to do battle. GIRL gets up and helps BAD pick up his belonging. GOOD and SIBLING go at each other. GIRL notices some of these things look like hers. As she is leaning over BAD can not help but notice his piece swinging back and forth on a rope wrapped around girl’s neck. He has a flashback of the piece. Now he must get his piece back!  He growls at girl looking at his piece! “What the hell!” Girl yells! “This is yours?”  She than grabs a hold of the piece and clinches it in her hand tightly. “I’ve been after the wrong…” BAD goes for his piece. They begin to fight. “He’s the wrong one!” She yells out to GOOD. But he can not hear her on the outside. He and Sibling are making to much noise battling it out on the inside. SIBLING swing his mighty blade cutting Good’s top garment. All of a sudden he stops! He looks! Good’s neckline has been exposes. Good’s good luck piece swings from around his neck. It is exactly the same as his, the piece his Mother gave him before she died; pointing out to him that it had belonged to his brother. This must be his brother. SIBLING puts his hand up to stop the battle. He grabs his piece from his pocket and pulls it out and shows it to GOOD. “We are brothers!” GOOD looks at him kind of funny. “Yes! You have a brother!” He tells Good. Once again Girl yells out. “Help!” This time the both of them hear her. They run to her.

   BAD has GIRL is a nasty situation. He is about to kill her. She seems to be helpless. He has GIRL by her neck choking her and at the same time she is dangling from a cliff’s edge. But! How can they stop BAD from dropping her off the edge? The situation was tense! GIRL begins to choke. GOOD goes. “What are you doing?”  Sibling asks. Good said nothing and makes his way toward the bottom of the cliff as Sibling watches. BAD attempts to retrieve his lost piece from her neck. GIRL struggles to get free from him. GOOD is in place. Now it’s time for Sibling to make his move. SIBLING attacks BAD. BAD drops GIRL. “You’ve killed my Mother!”  The two fight it out. GOOD catches GIRL. “I think I am making a habit of this. Thank you!” She looks him in the eyes and kisses him. Than she jumps from his arms. “We must help the stranger!” They go running to him.  

  BAD is giving SIBLING a most difficult time. This is why he is called Bad. GIRL sees them.  She immediately attacks. With one mighty swing BAD knocks GIRL and has her flying into the air. GOOD checks on her as BAD continue to get the upper hand on SIBLING. With another mighty swing he sends SIBLING flying into the air.

   GOOD leaves Girl’s side. He walks slowly towards BAD. Both look at each other.

Suddenly without warring, both attach each other. It is a very fierce fight. Either seems to have the upper hand. Blow by blow the other looks for thee other’s weakness.

  SIBLING jumps up. He stops GOOD. “No! This is my fight!” It is just the opportunity that BAD has been waiting for. He cuts GOOD, but good. GIRL jumps up. “No!” She attacks! SIBLING attacks! The three of the go at it tooth and nail, back and forward, forward and backwards, moves like no one has ever seen. But! BAD is bad and seems not to tier at all. He spins and kicks SIBLING backward and as he turns to face Girl, he goes down and sweeps her causing her to go down. GOOD looks! BAD goes for the death move, while she lying there. She looks up at BAD, but before she can look all the way up a sword comes down right towards her head. She closes her eyes preparing for death to take her. A moment of silent! Her eyes still remain closed. She feels something dripping on her face. She opens her eyes! Sibling’s blade has pierced through Bad. He bleeds onto her.

    But! BAD is not finished yet! He swings around with Sibling’s blade still in him and swings his weapon yet towards Sibling, when all of a sudden Girl’s blade pierces through him. BAD struggles to turn around and looks at her and what has happen to him. “That’s for killing my family!” She says in a very soft voice. He falls on her.
